Hand painted in watercolors this antique Miniature Portrait Painting depicts a young man with his arm draped over the back of a chair. It measures 2 ¾” by 3 ¾” and comes under early thin glass in the original 5 ½” by 6 ½”, Birdseye Maple Veneer Frame. A past owner has properly replaced the wood backboard with paper. Unsigned, this Folk Art Portrait is on paper and is in original clean condition. The frame has a couple of small dings to the edge, but everything else is original, including the finish.
