Description & Condition: Up for sale is this antique circa 1930-40 folk art painted wooden speed limit street sign. It reads ” SPEED LIMIT 25 Miles Per Hour Per Order Chief of Police”. It has some surface grime and light wear from weathering and 3 vertical holes from mounting but is really in pretty good condition. It measures 23″ by 11 1/2″. The letters are black on a white ground and is a one sided sign. One of a kind! Please view all the photos and if you have any questions please ask.
