Description & Condition: Up for sale is this pair of American circa 1850 ancestral folk art husband and wife portrait paintings. He is dressed in a dark suit with a white shirt and collar and she with a black dress and a white lace collar and wearing her expensive jewelry for the sitting. They each measure 30″ by 25″ and are in good condition with minor restoration and a shiny varnish with a few small chips on the edges from the old frames. Just a nice unsigned pair of portraits.
