They are new but made from old, repurposed wood and rusty nails. There are 4 unique and one-of-a-kind little houses. They have metal roofs, wood sides and each perch is a unique item. One is a doorknob while another is a faucet. The wood is cut and some of the ends are not finished as you can see in the pictures. They all measure about the same and are approximately 10 to 10.75″ D x 12.5″ H x 8.5 to 9.5 W. They weigh about 5 lbs.
