This folky / primitive style painting that. Is very interesting because the perspective is not quite right however you can see Charleston Harbor in the back ground and the church steeples. Moultree is to the right as well as the Merrimack Submarine. There is a celebration going on with all the different ships and sailing boats in the harbor. As you can see there is a large stain that comes down from the top I believe this can be removed. It is very unique painting with a very interesting and rare scene of a celebration at Fort Sumter.
