For sale here is an Antique American Portrait Of A Young Woman. She is done in a transitional manner- the chair and her gown are very folky, yet her face and hands are very realistic. She is wearing black eyelet dress with a white lace collar and is adorned with gold jewelry. Oil on stretched canvas is set in a magnificent gilt frame. Size – 28 by 34 inches stretcher.
