Appears to be signed “Rossi”. The frame is marked on the back “Rieger’s Art Shop, Reading PA”. Condition: There is a small puncture on the building just above the door (please check photos). Puncture is not very noticeable and could be repaired. The painting and frame are showing some wear from age and storage. Painting with frame measures about 52″ across x about 28&7/8″ high.
